We also offer a baking and dry pack service for components to restore non-compliant stock to proper standards. We handle all types of packaging (trays, tapes, tubes).

The baking process is carried out in accordance with the JEDEC J-STD-033B standard.

We also offer various types of services:

Component rework and dimensional testing
Packaging conversion (tube to tray, tray to tube, etc.)
Date code sorting, sorting of mechanically suspect components, etc.
Cover tape replacement
Marking removal

In our workshop, each dry pack operation is subject to strict control to ensure optimal protection against moisture and environmental constraints. We systematically verify the integrity of moisture barrier bags, vacuum sealing, desiccant quantity, the presence of humidity indicator cards (HIC), and labeling compliance with current standards.

Our quality standards are based on controlling moisture levels, ensuring batch traceability, and complying with requirements for moisture-sensitive components (MSL), to guarantee optimal preservation until assembly.

For each new product, we carry out a validation phase and provide a PPAP Level 2 or 3, depending on your requirements.
