SMD Micropackaging specializes in the manufacturing of carrier tapes; we use cutting and thermoforming equipment.
We are now able to develop and manufacture all types of carrier tapes, for both active components in standard packages and passive, mechanical (connectors, antennas, pads, etc.), as well as ceramic components.
In addition to supplying carrier tapes, we also offer cover tape (PSA adhesive or heat-sealed), as well as packaging reels (flanges, hubs) and bags if you wish to carry out your tape-and-reel process in-house.
